The Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to sign safety Keanu Neal to a two-year deal, according to his agent.
Neal was a first-round pick of the Atlanta Falcons in 2016. He's since played for the Dallas Cowboys and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Detroit Lions are expected to sign Marvin Jones to a one-year, $3 million deal, according to a source.
The wide receiver's contract could be worth up to $5 million.
Jones, 33, caught 119 passes for 1,361 yards and seven touchdowns the past two seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The New England Patriots will not pursue a trade for Lamar Jackson, a source told Jeff Howe of The Athletic.
The Baltimore Ravens placed the $32.4 million franchise tag on Jackson.
If the Patriots signed Jackson to an offer sheet, they would ship their next two first-round draft picks to Baltimore if the Ravens didn’t match the terms. The Patriots would also have to sign Jackson to a long-term contract. Jackson is seeking a fully guaranteed deal.
New England will start Mac Jones at quarterback in 2023, but Bailey Zappe will push Jones.
The Atlanta Falcons have agreed to sign Calais Campbell to a one-year contract, a source has confirmed.
Atlanta has undergone a defensive transformation this offseason, hiring Ryan Nielsen as coordinator and adding Jessie Bates III, David Onyemata and Kaden Elliss in free agency.
Campbell's 5.5 sacks last season would have been second on the Falcons in 2022 and would have led Atlanta in sacks in 2021.
Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers have opened negotiations on a long-term contract extension.
Herbert became eligible to negotiate and sign a deal at the conclusion of the season.
“Those talks are ongoing,” coach Brandon Staley said at the NFL's annual league meeting. “We’re at the beginning of all that, but all know how we feel about him.”
Herbert is expected to earn an extension worth more than $50 million per season in a quarterback market that is anticipated to be active with Joe Burrow and Jalen Hurts also being eligible to sign extensions.
“Navigating this process, we have a very good relationship with his team,” Staley said. “I’m confident that Justin Herbert is going to be our quarterback for a long time and that we’ll make sure that we get a deal done.”
Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman says the team is hopeful they'll sign Jalen Hurts to a contract extension "relatively soon."
Hurts, whom Roseman described as a "franchise quarterback" during his session with reporters, is entering the final year of his rookie deal and is scheduled to make just over $4 million in 2023.
The quarterback market could get reset further this offseason with Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert and Lamar Jackson all eligible for new deals, though Roseman said they aren't letting those factors dictate their timing when it comes to getting something done with Hurts.
"I think you have to navigate the offseason understanding we're not going to lose our franchise quarterback with one year left on his deal," Roseman said.
"So whatever that means, it's going to mean 2024 is going to look different, we're not going to have a quarterback under a rookie deal. Not that we're talking about tags or anything like that, that's not our goal there, but we're going into it with our eyes open and understanding that we've got to kind of flip it (to have some younger, less expensive players on the roster)."
The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to a one-year deal with tight end Irv Smith, Jr., according to a source.
Smith could start at tight end next season after Hayden Hurst left for the Carolina Panthers in free agency.
The Minnesota Vikings used a second-round pick on Smith in 2019.
Lamar Jackson has announced he requested a trade from the Baltimore Ravens on March 2nd.
On March 7, the Ravens placed the nonexclusive franchise tag on Jackson after the sides were unable to reach a new deal after 25 months of negotiations. Jackson can negotiate with other teams and if he signs an offer sheet, the Ravens will have five days to match, or they will receive two first round picks as compensation.

I want to first thank you all for all of the love and support you consistently show towards me. All of you are amazing and I appreciate y’all so much. I want you all to know not to believe everything you read about me. Let me personally answer your questions
The San Francisco 49ers have acquired Zane Gonzalez in a trade with the Carolina Panthers.
In exchange for the kicker, the 49ers agreed to a conditional swap of late-round picks in the 2025 NFL draft with the Panthers.
San Francisco is likely to move on from longtime kicker Robbie Gould this offseason. Gould was one of the Niners' first free agent signings after Kyle Shanahan and John Lynch took over in 2017. He made 87.5% of his field goals and all 21 of his postseason field goals in six seasons with the 49ers.
Bobby Wagner is coming back to where he built a Hall of Fame résumé.
The Seattle Seahawks announced Saturday they had agreed to terms with the free agent linebacker and later tweeted a picture of Wagner signing his contract. The move reunites the Seahawks with arguably the greatest defensive player in franchise history while filling a significant need in their linebacker corps. And it signals that the fences have been mended following Wagner's messy departure last offseason.
A source told ESPN's Adam Schefter that Wagner's deal is for one year and $7 million.
